We did a complete renovation of a 20+ year old sand arena, We removed the old footing, fencing, landscaping and timber retaining walls, we extended the arena and widened it, installed 300ft of new redi-rock retaining walls, new base with drainage, new fencing, and topped it off with Travel-rite waterless footing from our friends at Footing First.
